NSE IPO 2026: Latest Update
The much-awaited National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) IPO is set to open for public subscription on 17 September 2026 and will remain open until 21 September 2026. The IPO has a price band of ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share, with a lot size of 8 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum investment for one lot is ₹14,280.
The issue is structured entirely as an Offer for Sale (OFS), meaning existing shareholders are offering their shares and NSE itself will not receive fresh capital from the issue. The total issue size is approximately ₹22,561.57 crore.
For retail investors, 35% of the issue has been reserved, while 50% is allocated to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). The remaining portion is available to non-institutional investors. The expected listing date is 24 September 2026.
Investors should review the IPO documents, valuation, company fundamentals and market conditions carefully before making any investment decision. GMP is unofficial and can change quickly, so it should not be treated as a guaranteed listing gain.
